THE 5k EQ TRICK - I USE EVERYDAY

When it comes to secret EQ settings of mine, here's a little beauty for you. Now, It's very, very simple, but super, super effective. And, I use it quite a bit and everyone goes, wow, every time I use it. And, it makes me think I didn't do much, but it does work a lot of the time. So, here you go. Try yourself.

So, select 5k, make sure you are in the bell setting. Now, lift that up by 1dB and you'll see that spreading across from around 1K all the way to about 20K. When I play the A/B, listen to the vocal and this works on most tracks and you'll see it just open the whole of the upper vocal up and everything else around it. You're gonna love it. Check this.
