Here's two amazing ways to get super professional top end for your mix bus or mastering chain. One's auto, one's manual. Grab the FabFilter Pro-Q 3 or another dynamic EQ. Get a high shelf. Make it dynamic so that it's coming down like this. And, then as you play the track, it will just take out the real harshness in the top end, and leave all the goodness there.

So, for the auto version, go to Oeksound. Get the soothe plugin. Then select De-ess Master from the presets. Press play, and then adjust the depth as required.
